South Stormont Minor Hockey

South Stormont Minor Hockey Association is a volunteer run organization that is dedicated to developing young hockey players. SSMHA is an association within District 2 Minor Hockey Association, Ottawa District Minor Hockey Association (ODMHA), and the Hockey Eastern Ontario (HEO).

Registration Information

Lancer Basketball - Boys and Girls Grade 8+

Date: Tuesdays until April 30
Time: 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Upper Canada Ice U14 Girls Basketball

Opportunity for girls under 14 to learn and develop basketball skills. If there is a desire, games will be arranged. 

Date: Mondays until April 29
Time: 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Cost: $40, additional costs if more games are scheduled

Upper Canada Migratory Bird Sanctuary Winter Programs

Volunteers open the Visitor Centre every weekend from January until the end of March offering affordable ski and snowshoe rentals, light refreshments, and a warm fire.
