Get fit, have fun and make new friends in this Seaway Fitness offered program designed for older adults.
Dates: September 10, 2018 to December 15, 2018. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

A 12-week, twice per week, fall prevention workshop to provide seniors and older adults with an ipportunity to learn the skills needed to reduce their rish of falling as well as reduce the risk of harm related to a fall. Individuals exercise in a group setting with the objective of improving balance, increase muscle strength and bone densityand overall wellbeing.
This program is delivered by a Seaway Valley Community Health Centre (SVCHC) Certified Senior Fitness Instructor along with an Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU) Health Promoter. Clients can self-refer, and there is no cost!

Couples learn simple figures to dance together at parties, receptions and public dances. Learn to dance rock and roll, Cha Cha, Mambo, Rumba, Waltz, Foxtrot, Samba, Bachata.
Time: 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
